3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen events.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

  • We offer optional shipping insurance.
  • If shipping insurance is purchased, we provide one free reshipment in the event your package is lost during transit or held by customs.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of order.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delivery delays.
  • If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or change items.

  • If a package is held by customs and cannot be delivered, and shipping insurance was purchased, we will provide a free reshipment.
